The company was founded by Captain Richard Davis, AMS a life time boating enthusiast who has been navigating the Atlantic, Gulf, and Caribbean waterways for over 30 years.  Captain Davis has been accredited marine surveyor through SAMS since 2001, and is on the approved list of surveyors through Boats US.
